Synopsis

After his father dies in a mysterious automobile accident, Army veteran, Jake MacCorkle is lost.
His inheritance includes thousands of acres in North Georgia, but his father’s last words are cryptic. Grieving and confused, Jake visits the land.
The trip should be easy, but the forest frustrates him at every turn as people appear and disappear and dreams seem real. Insecurity drives him to run away. Suddenly, his dead father’s final instruction comes to him. Heeding it, Jake finds a magical Clan of faeries who know him.
Thwarting an attack on the Prince, he is attacked by the wyzard who murdered his father. He won’t survive without help. He must return to the faerie world to learn to fight magic with magic. His training has barely begun when new attacks push him deeper into the battle.
