What Websites Does This Policy Apply To?
This privacy policy applies to the website located at www.bragmedallion.com (the “Website”). It does not apply to any other websites, including those that link to the Website or third-party websites linked from indieBRAG. We have no control over those web sites and their operators, including their privacy policies and practices. Before providing any of your personal information on any such other website, you should review their policies on privacy and security.

We may collect non-personal data including your IP address (the internet address of your computer), the state and/or country you are accessing the internet from, the date and time you visited and the type of computer, operating system and Web browser you are using. Your browser supplies us with this information. We use this information from our server logs to learn more about our visitors as a group, not about you as an individual. The information helps us identify overall usage patterns and trends on the site so that we can improve the experience for our visitors.
We use Google Analytics to better understand how visitors interact with our site. This service provides non-personally identifiable data including but not limited to data on where visitors came from, what actions they took on our site, and where visitors went when they left this site. We use this information to improve your experience when visiting our site. Visit http://www.google.com/intl/en/policies/privacy/ to learn more about this service and how to opt out of data collection by Google Analytics.

indieBRAG enables visitors to submit information via the Website. To provide these services, the Website contains various forms where you can input information like your name or email addresses to contact indieBRAG. We may use this information to respond to your inquiries and requests and to provide you with information about the books and other services we offer that we believe may be of interest to you. We may also send you offers and information on behalf of our trusted third party partners we believe may be of interest to you.”
indieBRAG may electronically “gift” ebooks to its selected book readers. To do this, indieBRAG is required to provide the applicable ebook distributor (such as Amazon.com, Barnesandnoble.com or other third party ebook distributors) with the book reader’s email address. Accordingly, by participating as a book reader for indieBRAG, indieBRAG will share your email address with such book distributors in connection with gifting ebooks.
Disclosure of Personal Information
indieBRAG may disclose personal information if required to do so by law or in the belief that such action is necessary to: (a) satisfy a legal order or comply with legal process; (b) defend the rights of indieBRAG or its affiliates or business partners; or (c) protect the personal safety of indieBRAG employees, agents, affiliates, business partners, customers or Website users. In addition, indieBRAG may disclose personal information in the event of a corporate sale, merger, reorganization, dissolution or similar event.
Third Party Advertisers
To provide you a more relevant and interesting experience, we may work with third party companies including ad servers or ad networks (“Ad Parties”) to display ads on the Website. These Ad Parties may use cookies (a small text file) or similar technologies that are placed in browsers to gather information about your visits to the Website as well as your visits elsewhere on the Internet. Ad Parties use this information to provide you more relevant advertising known as interest-based advertising. Some of these Ad Parties may be participants in the Digital Advertising Alliance (“DAA”). The DAA offers a choice mechanism with respect to certain types of data collection and use. Visit www.aboutads.info to exercise choice with respect to participants of DAA. If you change computers or browsers, use multiple computers or browsers, or delete your cookies, you will need to repeat this process for each computer and each browser.
Third-Party Services
The Website may offer features and services administered or provided by third parties hired by indieBRAG. To receive these services (e.g., ebooks from an ebook distributor), you may be required to provide these third parties with personal information. All such services are subject to separate terms and conditions established by our third-party providers, including separate privacy policies, which may be different than this privacy policy.
The Website does not use a secure server to transmit data to and from our site. Be sure not to transmit any credit card or other financial data through the Website unless you have first verified that the data is being submitted to our third-party service provider’s secure server.

This Policy, and indieBRAG’s collection and use of customer information, shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Wisconsin. Any disputes arising out of this Policy shall be adjudicated in a court of competent jurisdiction in the Eastern District of the State of Wisconsin.
