About Suzan Johnson
Suzan Johnson has been the Media Specialist at an elementary school for over ten years. She is a voracious reader of books of all genres. Growing up, she loved and enjoyed participating in sporting activities such as cheerleading and softball. As a teacher she encourages her students to read a variety of books and participate in sports. Suzan is a member of South Florida Writer’s Association and Florida Literacy Association. Johnson currently lives in the South Florida area and has published thirteen books including children stories, activity books, a poetry, and journal.
The children she knows inspire the characters, but the stories are created from her imagination. As an author and educator Suzan encourages teamwork, positive images of families, friendship, sportsmanship, and more. Her goal is to let readers see themselves in the characters and stories she writes.
