About Starfoot and Brown
The series features two Chihuahuas who become dog detectives on Bald Head Island, NC. Their adventures involve the animals and people of the island, including sea turtles, mockingbirds, foxes, dolphins and of course other dogs. The books offer humorous and ecologically conscious mystery tales that highlight some of the history of the island.
