About Vicky Adin
Vicky Adin has a passion for family history and a love of old photos, antiques, and treasures from the past, and writes heart-warming multigenerational family sagas in a way that brings the past alive.
After researching the history of the time and place, and realising the hardships many people suffered, she knew she wanted to write their stories. Tales of love and loss, and of triumph over adversity. Some inspired by early immigrants to New Zealand, others by family history. You couldn’t make up some of the life-stories she has uncovered.
Vicky Adin holds a Master of Arts (Hons) and is fascinated with genealogical research. She is an avid reader in her favourite genres of Women’s historical and dual-timeline fiction. She loves to travel and sharing laughter, great food and good wine with friends and family.
