
About Teresa Mosley Sebastian
Teresa M. Sebastian is the author of the multi-award winning historical novel series Lost Seeds – The Beginning and Lost Seeds – The Legacy. She was born in Southern Illinois where some of her stories take place. Her parents and grandparents encouraged music, reading and creativity. She started playing the piano at four years old and has a lifelong love affair with books. Those propensities followed her into adulthood. Putting words to the human life is an innate fascination. Conveying important information and reflecting the social environment of the characters forms the basis of her fiction novels.
When she is not writing, she is a corporate executive. She seeks to make a difference in the environment and culture not just through writing, but also involvement with community and corporate boards. She currently serves on the board of directors of several public and private companies. And she was an executive at companies in hospitality, technologies and energy. She is a former adjunct faculty at two top tier law schools. Teresa earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan, an MBA from the University of North Florida, a Juris Doctor degree from Michigan State University College of Law, and a Master of Laws degree from Wayne State University Law School. She is the recipient of numerous awards for her work as an executive, board director and philanthropist.
