About Susan Hughes
Susan Hughes has never been able to pass a bookstore without going inside. A life-long reading habit combined with her fascination for the huge political, social and economic changes wrought by events in the twentieth century is now fuelling her writing. Her first novel, A Kiss from France, was inspired by a handful of WW1 silk postcards found among her grandmother’s possessions. She is now working on her next book, set in 1930s London.
