About Shauna Bickley
Shauna writes crime novels featuring characters who aren’t afraid to solve mysteries, find murderers and generally get themselves in all sorts of danger. In real life, Shauna wouldn’t be found doing any of these things.
As well as murder mysteries and thrillers, Shauna also enjoys writing and reading contemporary fiction with lots of drama and a twist of romance. Her novels are character-driven and the author has been described as ‘skilful at creating everyday characters, tossing them into traumatic situations and keeping those characters and their relationships believable and intriguing. She writes relationships very, very well.’
In addition to novels, Shauna also writes short stories. She has had short fiction published in the Awesome Indies Anthology, Awesome Allshorts: Last Days, Lost Ways, as well as magazines such as Bravado, and has appeared in competition anthologies. Her non-fiction articles have been published in The New Writer.
Shauna was born in England and now lives in the Waikato, New Zealand.
You can contact her through her website www.shaunabickley.com and she also lurks around on Twitter and Pinterest, but is one of the few people on the planet who hasn’t succumbed to Facebook, suspecting that if she did her writing time would fade to minus minutes.
