About Robin Elizabeth Kobayashi
Robin Elizabeth Kobayashi lives in California and writes historical fiction blended with magical realism, adventure, romance, and humor. Her novels, which have been described as rich, original, and engrossing, with a remarkably engaging hero, include I, Sofia-Elisabete: Love Child of Colonel Fitzwilliam, a Kirkus Reviews’ Best Books of 2018, and its sequel, Only Sofia-Elisabete, a Kirkus Reviews’ Best Books of 2021. Some of her other works are the short novel, My Cousin Darcy, also available as an audiobook, and the short story, “Goya’s Muse,” which was published in the Copperfield Review Quarterly.
