About Roberta R. Carr

After a rewarding career in health care, Roberta R. Carr became a full-time writer. She enjoys creating slice-of-life stories that will entertain you, as well as stir new thoughts. Her travel experiences usually weave their way into the plots.

She has published four novels: The Vernazza Effect, The Foundation, The Bennett Women and The Things We Don’t Say. She co-wrote the non-fiction book, The 8th Field Hospital, with her husband about his experience as a physician in the Vietnam War. She also co-wrote the children’s book, Vanessa’s Rotten Day, with her ten-year-old granddaughter.

Roberta lives in Novato, California. She is always working on her next story but makes time for her family, an early-morning walk, chai tea, friends, and travel.
