About Padgett Gerler

Padgett Gerler is the award-winning author of six novels, as well as her current work of historical fiction, The Girl Who Feared Trains. She was awarded two previous indie-BRAG Medallions (for her novels The Lessons I Learned from Nick Nack and Invisible Girl), was a Best Book Awards Finalist sponsored by American Book Fest, and received Writer’s Digest Self-Pubished Book Awards Honorable Mention. Her short story “The Art of Dying” was first-place winner in the Southwest Manuscripters Contest.
