About MJ Woods
M.J. Woods lives in Central New York with her family and her Bernese Mountain Dog. For over 25 years, her days were spent working in the legal field of a small town. Now, motivated by coffee and music, M.J. writes romance drawing inspiration from her work, the Central New York landscape, or random stimulus (magazine articles, current events or people-watching).
M.J. is a member of the Central New York Romance Writers and the Romance Writers of America.
In 2018, her first novel “Balance” earned two awards and glowing reviews from Foreword Clarion and Readers’ Favorite.
