About Michelle Olson
Having started her career in Biomedical Research, Michelle never believed she would one day be an author of children’s books. But, as luck would have it, her journey to find the perfect job led to a story of a button who found himself in the same situation. Her first book, Norman, was named one of Kirkus Reviews Best Books of 2018 and a finalist in the National Indie Excellence Awards.
Michelle lives in the Pacific Northwest with her two daughters, two dogs, two bunnies, one husband and a woodpecker in a pine tree. She is also a two-time gingerbread house competition winner, an enthusiastic dessert eater, and is known to sneak cookies when her kids aren’t looking.
