About Mark Cheverton
Mark Cheverton was a high school math and physics teacher for fifteen years. He then moved into industry, working for another decade and a half as a research physicist for General Electric. During that time, he penned his first Minecraft-inspired series of books which ended up on the New York Times, USA Today, and Publisher’s Weekly bestsellers list. Today, he’s written 28 novels with over 2 million copies in print worldwide. His recent series, the “Order of the Stones” series, deals with anxiety in kids. It has won multiple awards and is receiving fantastic reviews. Mark hopes it will help lots of anxious kids. When not writing, Mark talks with school kids about creative writing while still doing research at GE.
