About M.J. Polelle

A graduate of Harvard Law School, M.J. Polelle is an emeritus professor of the UIC John Marshall Law School and an award-winning writer. He honed his fiction writing at a summer writers’ workshop of the Universy of Iowa and at the Writers’ Loft in Chicago. Polelle’s passion for Italy has led him to travel there numerous times both for pleasure and professional reasons. He directed a summer law program in Parma for several years. The Mithras Conspiracy is his first novel. He is at work on a second novel set in Chicago and Washinton, D.C. He lives in Sarasota, Florida with his wife and an herb garden.
