About A.S. Dampt
Alina was born and raised in Henderson, Nevada. Samuel was born in France and moved to Mesa, Arizona (and across the street from Alina’s relatives) during elementary school. After a brief long-distance relationship, Alina and Samuel got married and moved to Utah to attend law school, before moving back to Mesa, Arizona where they’re currently settled with their four children.
Throughout all of this, a novel idea grew in Alina’s mind and eventually developed into a rough draft that Samuel helped finalize into the novel it is today. Their stories reflect both Alina and Samuel’s love of nature and fantastic tales of good versus evil.
Alina and Samuel are keeping busy with the next installments of the Verdélian Chronicles, and with raising their four young children amongst the endless soccer practices and games, ballet lessons, and music rehearsals.
