About The Strathavon Saga Series
The Strathavon Saga is historical fiction with a strong romantic undercurrent and a dusting of Highland folklore. Set in the 18th century, it follows the lives of two families in the desperate years following Culloden and the failed Jacobite rising. There are no lairds and ladies here, the series portrays the common folk of the glens and their deep connection to the land they don’t own, their shared kinship, and threatened culture.
