indieBRAG enables visitors to submit information via the Website. To provide these services, the Website contains various forms where you can input information like your name or email addresses to contact indieBRAG. We may use this information to respond to your inquiries and requests and to provide you with information about the books and other services we offer that we believe may be of interest to you. We may also send you offers and information on behalf of our trusted third party partners we believe may be of interest to you.”

indieBRAG may electronically “gift” ebooks to its selected book readers. To do this, indieBRAG is required to provide the applicable ebook distributor (such as, or other third party ebook distributors) with the book reader’s email address. Accordingly, by participating as a book reader for indieBRAG, indieBRAG will share your email address with such book distributors in connection with gifting ebooks.

Disclosure of Personal Information

indieBRAG may disclose personal information if required to do so by law or in the belief that such action is necessary to: (a) satisfy a legal order or comply with legal process; (b) defend the rights of indieBRAG or its affiliates or business partners; or (c) protect the personal safety of indieBRAG employees, agents, affiliates, business partners, customers or Website users. In addition, indieBRAG may disclose personal information in the event of a corporate sale, merger, reorganization, dissolution or similar event.

This Policy, and indieBRAG’s collection and use of customer information, shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Wisconsin. Any disputes arising out of this Policy shall be adjudicated in a court of competent jurisdiction in the Eastern District of the State of Wisconsin.
